Nestled in the hills of the Chenango Valley, this vintage 1895 Princess Anne Victorian home elicits the charm of a golden age.  The home consists of fourteen rooms of which three bedrooms are available for our guests.  The carriage house, located in the rear of the property, serves as an antique shoppe for your pleasure.

We are centrally located on the NYS Route 12

corridor running between Utica and Binghamton.  There are a number of attractions and other places of interest within easy driving distance such as:

Colgate University (12 mi.), Madison-Bockville antique center (19 mi.), Norwich (12 mi.) and Cooperstown (28 mi.).

Pictured above is the large entryway foyer with fireplace.  All rooms have period wall coverings with solid wood paneling.  You are invited to enjoy our large livingroom with an adjacent library and sun room.

Pictured below is our master bedroom with a marble sink and  double bed.  The shared bathroom has a continental flair with an oversized, antique clawfooted tub.  Room rates are $65 to $115 per night including continental breakfast.
